Structure

Board

Elects among its members the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer and is responsible for the management of EATP.

General Assembly

All members meet during the General Assembly twice a year. During these meetings the Members of the Board are elected.

Full Members

All companies or divisions of companies involved in the manufacture of textile polyolefins and/or in the production of polymers for textile polyolefins, can become Full Members of EATP on the condition that their headquarters and/or production are located in Europe.

Associate Members

Companies or divisions of companies in Europe, not directly involved in the manufacture of textile polyolefins, but who are suppliers to the polymer or textile polyolefin industry can become Associate Members, eg. Machinery Manufacturers and Chemical Additive Suppliers.

Member Organisations

Professional organisations whether national or European representing the interests of certain categories of members may apply for membership as a Member Organisation, provided they represent at least three full members or that over 50% of their category’s production capacity is represented in the EATP.
